Our goal is to relieve client stress associated with illness and instill confidence. Agility Health Connect is a nurse-run company with client focused health advocacy at the core of our work. Through teamwork and collaboration, we provide client-centered compassionate care and support medical, social, cultural, linguistic, and behavioral aspects of client well-being.

Catherine Awa RN
Catherine Awa RN is -a military spouse and registered nurse of 15 years in hospital and community health nursing. I specializing in client advocacy centered around compassionate, coordinated, and supportive care. Agility Health Connect grew out of my understanding that individuals and families need strategies to assist with navigating the healthcare system and understanding the issues around proactive management of all aspects of an individual or family’s health.
Having a single point of contact to help coordinate care and provide education related to health should be an integral part of everyone’s wellness journey. Agility Health Connect was created to give individuals and families a single individualized health advocate who brings together all medical providers and their advice.
